Arash Ghassemieh is the Principal Consultant of Generous Group. He helps organisations improve reporting and performance analytics so leaders can make better decisions based on clear and trusted information.
With more than 20 years of experience across reporting, analytics, finance and business intelligence, Arash specialises in executive reporting, KPI frameworks, Power BI dashboards, financial modelling and performance analytics. His focus is on turning complex and fragmented data into practical insights that people can understand and use.
Before Generous Group, Arash held senior reporting and analytics roles, most recently as a Group Data & Reporting Analyst at MYOB, leading enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives. In that role, he worked with leaders across Finance, Commercial, Product and People teams to improve reporting, strengthen metric governance and create a clearer view of business performance.
With an MBA and a background in Business Analytics, Arash combines commercial thinking with technical expertise. He is known for his critical thinking, structured problem-solving and calm, collaborative approach. He works across Finance, Operations, HR and Technology teams to help people align around shared goals and trusted metrics.
His experience spans SaaS and subscription businesses, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and FMCG, where accurate reporting and timely insight are essential.
